ETB is the crude oil, refined oil products and biofuels trading and shipping company of Eni. We are a diverse and dynamic team of around 300 professionals distributed in three offices (Rome, London and Singapore) with the addition in Houston of Eni Trading & Shipping Inc. rundown (ETS Inc) which handles marketing of oils and petroleum products for the US market. Our team is also involved in marketing Eni’s oil equity productions, sourcing hydrocarbons and bio feedstocks, and managing the output of our traditional and green refineries. Main responsibilities
  • Review Eni Trade & Biofuels’ counterparties, with particular attention to sanctions and reputational issues.
  • Define counterparty risk profiles.
  • Coordinate with other Eni functions and subsidiaries to assess the most significant cases.
  • Prepare ad hoc disclosures to support top management decisions.
  • Ensure the correct management of data in the company systems, working closely with the IT teams.
Skills and experience required
  • University degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the Oil, Gas or LNG sector, and gained within trading companies, brokers, banks or consulting firms.
  • Experience with KYC processes and OSINT techniques.
  • jai proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Methodical and highly organized approach to work, with the ability to maintain strong attention to detail in a changing environment.
  • Strong problem‑solving and reasoning skills, with the ability to resolve operational and commercial issues.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Fluent level of English.
