Your role will be based in Milton Keynes, UK, as part of the UK & Ireland commercial team providing business support and developing relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Role Overview

In this exciting and challenging position, you will support the business, collaborate with Account Managers, and provide excellence to our customers, ensuring timely and accurate information and acting as a key liaison.

Responsibilities
  • Support project and brief management, coordinate customer visits, process sample requests, trial orders, and price quotations, and maintain system accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with teams on the road or based outside the UK, manage competing priorities, and foster strong relationships across functions.
  • Respond professionally to internal and external inquiries using system knowledge, creative investigation, and problem‑solving techniques.
  • Provide timely information on client requests and insights, supporting Key Account Managers in customer delivery, and attending customer visits with account managers.
Qualifications
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent (preferred).
  • Experience in a similar commercial role within a corporate environment.
  • Passion for the food and beverage industry.
  • Proactive, collaborative self‑starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer‑service focused with proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Detail‑oriented and continuously looking to improve efficiency.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (Intermediate).
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to work independently and under pressure, prioritising to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with a sales project management system such as Salesforce is an advantage.
