What You’ll Be Doing
  • Welcoming customers into the dealership and delivering a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service.
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable BYD vehicles, products, and finance options.
  • Demonstrating electric vehicle features, benefits, and technology in a confident, customer-focused manner.
  • Managing the full sales process, enquiry, test drive, negotiation, handover, and follow-up.
  • Maintaining accurate records in line with FCA, regulatory, and company standards.
  • Building lasting relationships to support repeat business and referral customers.
  • Working closely with marketing, service, and management teams to meet sales targets and ensure excellent customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing sales role (retail, hospitality, call centre, or similar).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence in explaining electric vehicle technology, full training provided.
  • A driven, self-motivated individual with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Ability to work towards KPIs and manage multiple customer enquiries effectively.
  • Full UK driving licence.
