A leading technology and business communications organisation in the United Kingdom is looking for an experienced Account Manager to nurture and expand customer relationships. In this role, you will ensure client retention and growth by identifying upsell opportunities and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in IT and/or cyber security sales, alongside strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in IT and/or cyber security sales, MSP experience an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
