Qualifications

• Good understanding of rail vehicle maintenance.
• Competence Assessor A1 / A2 trained or working towards.
• Sound understanding of railway reporting and IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate maintenance teams to achieve production targets.
• Support training and competence assessments for staff members.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality output.
