About Sway Me Good

Sway Me Good is the all‑in‑one affiliate and influencer platform helping creators monetise their everyday content and helping brands partner with creators more efficiently. From creator tools like SwaySite and Affiliate Hub to our Paid Collaborations marketplace for brands, we’re building a smarter, faster ecosystem for the creator economy.

We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive growth across paid channels, optimise acquisition funnels and scale campaigns that attract both creators (B2C) and brands/agencies (B2B). You’ll turn creative ideas and audience insights into measurable performance, balancing data, storytelling and experimentation to fuel our next stage of growth.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for building, managing, and optimising paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google and LinkedIn. Working closely with the Marketing and Growth teams, you’ll ensure our paid strategy aligns with organic content, campaign recruitment and business objectives. You’ll own the performance pipeline end‑to‑end, from audience targeting and creative testing to reporting, insights, and growth recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google and LinkedIn to attract and convert advertisers and creators.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROAS and LTV) and recommend actionable optimisations.
  • Track and attribute performance using analytics platforms (GA4, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Collaborate closely with data analysts and engineers to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting.
  • Manage campaign budgets, pacing and forecasting to ensure efficient spend and strong ROI.
  • Continuously A/B test copy, creatives, audience and channels to improve CTR, CAC and conversion rates.
  • Develop segmented and retargeting campaigns to nurture both creator and brand audiences.
  • Partner with sales and revenue teams to align lead generation with pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Stay ahead of adtech and martech innovations that can enhance targeting, measurement, or efficiency.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B performance or demand generation marketing, ideally within adtech, martech or SaaS.
  • Proven success scaling advertiser or enterprise lead acquisition campaigns.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, pixel implementation and conversion tracking setups.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, funnel optimisation and attribution models.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads for B2B funnels.
  • Experience with CRM integration, lead scoring and marketing automation workflows.
  • Ability to synthesize data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Strong collaboration skills — comfortable working with product, design, data, and sales teams.
  • (Bonus) Experience marketing to agencies, brands, or enterprise clients in the digital media ecosystem
  • Bonus: Experience with affiliate or influencer marketing platforms, or with scaling creator/brand acquisition campaigns.
Life at Sway Me Good
  • Small, collaborative team based in the UK
  • Quarterly socials
  • Free parking
  • Opportunities for promotion and professional growth as the company scales
