🔵 Patient Booker – Gynaecology Department (On‑Site)

We are seeking an organised, patient‑focused Patient Booker to join the Gynaecology team at New Cross Hospital. This is an on‑site position supporting the smooth running of patient scheduling within a busy clinical environment.

• Manage and coordinate patient appointments for the Gynaecology department
• Liaise with clinical teams, admin teams, and patients to ensure efficient scheduling
• Deliver excellent patient communication and customer service
• Maintain accurate records and follow departmental procedures
• Support the wider Gynaecology team with administrative tasks as required
• Must be on site at New Cross Hospital (no remote working)
• Experience in Gynaecology is essential either as a Patient Booker, Scheduler, or Healthcare Support Worker with exposure to Gynaecology services
• Strong organisational and communication skills
