An established social care provider in Sutton Coldfield is seeking an Experienced Autism Support Worker for night shifts. The role involves supporting residents to develop independence and life skills, with essential experience in managing challenging behaviour. Applicants must be committed to providing high-quality care and support. This is a permanent position with a competitive hourly salary and various benefits, including comprehensive training and a pension scheme.
Location: Sutton Coldfield
Salary: £12.31 per hour
Contract: Permanent 40 hours per week (not open to sponsorship)
Essential: Experience in an Autism Support setting and managing challenging behaviour is essential.
Shifts: 9.45pm until 7.30am and include working some weekends.

Vermont House is a bespoke Residential Service designed to support up to six Autistic adults, or those with learning disabilities and associated needs, to develop the skills and confidence necessary to lead a more independent life.
