Interviews are starting now, but the role will officially begin closer to late February or early March. Qualified candidates will have the opportunity to participate in paid pre-season training and assist with on-call snow removal until the peak landscaping season starts.

What You’ll Do:

• Install natural stone boulders (Top Rock) for retaining walls.
• Install plants, shrubs, trees, mulch, and garden bed amendments.
• Assist in water feature installations, drainage solutions, and irrigation systems.
• Lay lawns and sod to create high-quality landscapes.
• Install low-voltage landscape lighting for enhanced outdoor aesthetics.
• Operate various landscape and hardscape equipment, including rototillers, chain saws, chop saws, and more.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in landscape installation, hardscaping, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to safely lift up to 70 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for long periods while performing detailed installation work.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
