A multi-disciplinary construction consultancy in Greater London is seeking a Junior CDM Advisor / Principal Designer to support health & safety services across various projects. Ideal applicants will have NEBOSH Construction qualifications, experience with CDM regulations, and excellent communication skills. Carriera is excited to partner with an international multi-disciplinary construction consultancy that has been established for over 70 years and boasts a headcount of over 1800 construction professionals. Our client is recruiting for a Junior CDM Advisor / Principal Designer with 6‑24 months experience to join the team out of their Croydon office, advising on 2015 CDM regulations and offering a health & safety service to clients across London and the South East.
The successful candidate will be working on a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, healthcare, leisure, arts, and mixed-use projects on a regional basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious CDM Advisor / Principal Designer to join a forward-thinking consultancy which is going through an exciting period of growth.
Our client is ideally looking to hire someone from a consultancy background who has hands on experience with the various documentation associated with 2015 CDM Regs e.g construction phase plans, pre-construction information, F10's etc. but would also consider H&S professionals from a contractor background.
