HR Assistant - Co. Down - FMCG

MCS Group is partnering with a well-established food manufacturing organisation based in the Comber area to recruit an HR Assistant to support a growing people function during a period of change and expansion.

This is a business that is focused on scaling operations, strengthening internal processes, and supporting future growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating recruitment activity, including interview scheduling and candidate communication
  • Managing the HR inbox and responding to employee and manager queries
  • Drafting HR documentation and correspondence
  • Preparing HR data, reports, and spreadsheets
  • Supporting onboarding processes across operational and office teams
  • Assisting with the implementation of improved HR systems and processes
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider HR function
The Ideal Candidate

This opportunity would suit someone early in their HR career who enjoys working in a practical, fast-paced environment and is comfortable supporting change.

You may be:
  • An HR Administrator or HR Assistant with 1-2 years' experience
  • A graduate with CIPD
  • From a retail or hospitality background with CIPD
