About the Role

We are looking for a suitable candidate to undertake a 24‑month Graduate Programme as a Developer. The programme offers digital graduates a fully immersive development journey with facilitated sessions, mentoring, and opportunities to develop business acumen. You will integrate within an existing team and be supported by a mentor, buddy, manager and programme SPOCs. You will complete a Graduate Portfolio capturing your personal development plan and objective setting for reflection and celebration of progress.

Applicants should have a strong interest in Cyber Security and a desire to develop their skills through a structured graduate programme. You will require Management Vetting. The role is hybrid, with 35 working hours per week, Monday‑Friday 9 am‑5 pm, and a flexi‑time policy is in operation.

  • Essential: Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or Degree in Software Engineering.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with in‑house built enterprise systems spread across multi‑site physical and operational environments.
Salary & Working Hours

Grade 4 – Salary: £33,446.

35 working hours per week, Monday‑Friday 9 am‑5 pm. A flexi‑time policy is in operation.
