A leading electrical solutions company is seeking a Global IT End-User Support Specialist to provide operational IT support and remote assistance across all locations. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in IT service roles, strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, and excellent communication skills. This full-time role involves delivering high-quality IT support and ensuring a positive end-user experience.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in an IT End-User Service or Desktop Services role.
  • ITIL3/ITIL4 Certification, or 2+ years’ equivalent experience in IT Service Management.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Deployment and Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver on-site operational IT support and remote assistance.
  • Provide enhanced support to VIPs and critical business users.
  • Collaborate with global team members to improve IT services.
