Job summary

A global consulting firm in Manchester is seeking a 2nd Line IT Support Specialist to join their On-site Technology Support team. You will be the face of Enterprise Technology, resolving IT issues and ensuring an exceptional technology experience for end users. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in supporting Windows and Microsoft 365, a proactive approach, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

  • Extensive experience supporting Windows and Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment.
  • Broad knowledge of PC hardware, mobile devices and peripherals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well organized, able to multitask and meet SLAs.
  • Three years support experience in a professional services environment.

Responsibilities

  • Resolving incidents and requests associated with end user software and hardware.
  • Documenting all actions in ServiceNow.
  • Keeping customers informed on ticket progress.
  • Maintaining awareness of EY Information Security policies.
  • Providing remote hands support for comms rooms.
