A leading SaaS company is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to design and evolve systems that enhance their marketing effectiveness. This pivotal role involves optimizing funnel architecture, implementing lead scoring, and ensuring data integrity using HubSpot and Salesforce. The incumbent will work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to drive predictable revenue growth. A strong analytical mindset and experience in a B2B environment are essential. The role is hybrid, requiring 1–2 days per week in the office in Bristol.

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to design, own and evolve the systems, data and processes that power that engine.
This is a pivotal role. You’ll sit at the intersection of Marketing, Sales and Customer Success, ensuring that demand is qualified properly, routed correctly, measured accurately, and continuously improved. Your work will directly enable better conversion, faster velocity and more predictable revenue.
