The Role: Journey Builder. Funnel Optimiser. Growth Engine Support

We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Executive - a proactive, detail‑driven, and growth‑minded marketer to support the engine behind Jugo’s commercial expansion.

You’ll work directly with the Head of Growth & Acquisition, supporting the day‑to‑day execution of our SaaS go‑to‑market strategy. Your focus will span the full customer lifecycle - from lead generation and nurture to onboarding and retention - with HubSpot at the core of your toolkit.

This is a hands‑on, high arbejde, within a small, high‑performance team. You’ll collaborate with Growth, Brand & Content, Product, and our agency partner Babel to make sure every marketing workflow is sharp, timely, and aligned with our revenue goals.

What You’ll Do
HubSpot Operations & Lifecycle Execution
  • Build, launch, and optimise HubSpot workflows, email sequences, and lead nurture journeys
  • Maintain CRM data quality: segmentation, tags, lists, and naming conventions
  • Support lifecycle communications from trial onboarding through conversion and customer education
  • Assist with behavioural triggers, lead scoring, and journey segmentation
User Engagement & Nurt encyclopedia Support:​
  • Deliver product updates, content drops, and onboarding touchpoints across our user base
  • Work with Brand & Content to distribute relevant material through automated CRM programmes
  • Monitor open rates pine CTRs, and behaviour trends to improve engagement and activation
Funnel Management & Acquisition Ops
  • Ensure paid traffic and lead gen campaigns flow correctly into HubSpot and downstream workflows
  • QA forms, sign‑up flows, and trial funnels for clean user experience
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product to optimise inbound lead handling and user journeys
Digital Experience Mop‑Up (The Good Kind)
  • Own the essential operational tasks that keep the growth engine running
  • Upload and update CRM assets, maintain internal workflow documentation, and flag gaps or blockers
  • Support site updates and digital touchpoint consistency in collaboration with internal and external teams
Analytics & Reporting
  • Pull and format performance reports from HubSpot, GA4, and campaign tools
  • Track lifecycle email results, activation trends, and trial conversion metrics
  • Surface insights from user behaviour to inform future campaigns and growth tactics
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You…
  • Have 1–3 years’ experience in a digital marketing, CRM, or growth‑focused role - ideally in B2B SaaS or a fast‑paced agency
  • Are comfortable working in HubSpot (or similar CRM/automation platforms) and using it to build clean, effective journeys
  • Have strong organisational instincts and can keep projects (and people) on track
  • Communicate clearly and proactively across teams
  • Bring curiosity, commercial awareness, and a sense of ownership to your work
  • Have experience supporting SaaS onboarding or product‑led growth
  • Are comfortable analysing funnel performance and turning insights into optimisation experiments
  • Enjoy testing ideas quickly and using data to guide next steps
