Overview

ClearCourse is a leading SaaS software group with over 45 brands. We deliver innovative software and payments solutions — and we’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to keep our marketing, creative and digital teams running at pace.

This role is all about traffic management, prioritisation and delivery. You’ll be the central point of coordination, ensuring campaigns and assets move smoothly from brief to launch across multiple brands.

What You’ll Do
  • Own end-to-end delivery of marketing and creative work
  • Act as traffic manager across campaigns, content and design
  • Manage intake, prioritisation, scheduling and resourcing
  • Turn campaigns into clear briefs, timelines and delivery plans
  • Balance workloads and remove delivery bottlenecks
  • Optimise workflows and champion best practice use of Monday.com
  • Manage agency and supplier relationships
