A leading recruitment firm is seeking an experienced Change Lead to drive a significant transformation within a fast-growing Energy division. This role involves bridging strategy and operational delivery in a complex environment. You will be responsible for owning the change plan, holding senior leaders accountable, and navigating complex stakeholder politics. Ideal candidates should have experience in capital programmes and influencing at senior levels. This contract is remote and has a duration of 12 months.
We’re looking for an experienced Change Lead to support a major transformation within a fast-growing, capital-heavy Energy division. This is a high-impact role, bridging Group-level change and operational delivery, turning strategy into practical, deliverable outcomes in a safety-critical, technically complex environment.
If you’ve worked in asset-heavy, operational organisations and have experience with capital programmes, infrastructure delivery, or long-term investment projects, this is an opportunity to drive change where it really matters. You’ll need to combine strong influence and political savvy with a solid understanding of how multi-year programmes are delivered, and be comfortable engaging with senior MDs and operational leaders.
