A progressive company in the United Kingdom seeks a Change Management Lead to design and implement a change management strategy for its HR Transformation program. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale transformations and a strong understanding of change management methodologies. Responsibilities include coordinating Change Managers, engaging stakeholders, and measuring change adoption. This role offers a competitive rate of £42 – £50/hour.

Lead the design, activation, and measurement of the change management strategy for the HR Transformation program, ensuring successful adoption across the organization through a coordinated network of change practitioners and activators.
