As a Senior Change Manager, you’ll lead end-to-end Adoption & Change Management engagements, shape change strategy, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure successful adoption of new ways of working. You will take ownership of delivering Adoption & Change Management (ACM) engagements—from shaping solutions in pre-sales through to driving successful adoption during delivery. This role sits within our ACM Centre of Excellence and plays a key part in evolving our methodology, tools, and internal capability.
