Job summary

A leading embedded solutions company is seeking an Account Manager (Field Sales) for the Southern Territory. This role focuses on developing and growing accounts, influencing design-in decisions, and building strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate should be experienced in electronics sales, possess significant technical skills, and be self-motivated. Qualifications

  • Experience in electronics sales or the ability to learn technical products quickly.
  • Confident and credible in technical customer environments.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and possess a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow existing accounts while winning new business.
  • Engage with engineers and purchasing teams to influence design-in decisions.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, forecasting accurately against targets.
  • Collaborate closely with supplier partners and internal teams.
  • Use CRM and design registration tools to maximize opportunity and margin.
