Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and culinary skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with menu preparation and implementation of new dishes.
  • Oversee kitchen operations and manage staff during shifts.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
  • Ensure kitchen hygiene and safety regulations are followed.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock control.
