Job summary

A fast-growing technology startup in Greater London is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to help scale their GTM team across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of experience in recruiting in a fast-paced environment, deep expertise in GTM, and a drive to build a world-class talent function. Responsibilities include managing the entire recruiting lifecycle and collaborating with the CEO and leadership on hiring plans. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of experience in fast-paced environments, ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles.
  • Expertise in sourcing candidates from competitive landscapes.

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire hiring lifecycle for all commercial roles.
  • Define role requirements and build hiring plans with leadership.
  • Develop strategic sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
