• Confident using various IT systems such as Microsoft Office, Opera, and Concerto.
• Outgoing personality with a flexible working approach.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for guests over the phone.
• Provide excellent customer service and address booking queries.
• Support the Front of House team when needed.
