Qualifications

  • 13+ years experience in a similar IT support role.
  • Full, clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

  • Providing first-class IT support to staff across the business.
  • Managing and resolving service desk tickets within agreed service levels.
  • Building and deploying physical and virtual hardware.
  • Installing and configuring server and client software.
  • Creating and managing user accounts in Office 365 and Teams.
  • Supporting network resources and permissions.
  • Maintaining smartphones and company devices.
  • Delivering Office 365 support and user guidance.
  • Diagnosing hardware faults.
  • Liaising with suppliers for quotes.
