Responsibilities

• Handle 1st line tickets end-to-end, keeping users informed.
• Take on complex 2nd line issues as your confidence grows.
• Troubleshoot Windows laptops/desktops, printers, and user issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 users, devices and access.
• Help improve standards through documentation.
