Your contributions will play a pivotal role in empowering our customers to fulfil their missions effectively.Day-to-day, you will:* Achieve sales targets for Software as a Service (SaaS) license, while also meeting annual consultancy targets. This includes generating a robust pipeline of new opportunities and cross selling our diverse product portfolio.* Proactively build and maintain relationships with existing customers. This involves hosting meetings at all levels and fully understanding their business plans and expectations* Respond quickly to enquiries and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.* Work closely with other sales team members, supporting their efforts in securing business. Attend exhibitions, host seminars, and present innovative sales ideas to customers.* Proactively campaign across your customer base, cross-selling our innovative solutions and evolving GTM strategy* Maintain up-to-date records in our Salesforce system; your administrative skills will be crucial in ensuring our processes run smoothly.Your skills and experiences might also include:* Experience of the software industry is preferable* You have a background in B2B sales or target-driven account management, showcasing your ability to achieve results in competitive environments* Experience in selling and demonstrating software through digital platforms is preferable* Proven track record of pro-actively making telephone calls to prospects or clients* You are highly self-motivated, with a strong drive to meet and exceed personal and professional goals.* An ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and practices* Ability and willingness to work independently or as part of a team The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered business management software providers.
