You excel at nurturing client partnerships, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with legal professionals is second to none.## ## Day-to-day, you will:* ## Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for software subscriptions and solutions.* ## Be responsible for developing customer relationships and manage and own the sales process, with the support of presales and consultancy teams.* ## Build good relationships with your customer base and create opportunities for new and additional revenue (Cross-sell and Up-sell).* ## Respond to enquiries quickly and efficiently and engage with colleagues in other teams to support clients.* ## Host meetings at all levels with customers, including C-suite.* ## Once a sale is made, ensure a smooth handover to the projects team.## ## Your skills and experiences might also include:* ## You will have previous experience in a B2B sales role or target-driven account management role.* ## Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and a strong ability to prioritise.* ## Persuasive and compelling in expressing ideas and concepts.* ## Ability to adapt positively to change in a fast-paced environment.* ## A motivated self-starter, who consistently demonstrates an enthusiastic, never-give-up attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.* ## Acting with integrity, loyalty, and honesty.* ## Excellent technology skills, specifically with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.* ## Experience at working in a large or multi-national Technology company.* ## Demonstrates a commitment to development and lifelong learning both for yourself and the team.* ## Ability for occasional travel and overnight stays where required.## The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered business management software providers.
