The successful candidate will oversee Sales Order Management and Customer Services, driving operational excellence and leading a team through process optimization. Strong leadership skills, a minimum of 3 years' experience with Navision, and exceptional communication abilities are essential for this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end‑to‑end sales order processes.
• Develop, update, and enforce policies, procedures, and controls.
