On Track Education Silverstone is a 40‑place independent special school for pupils aged 11–16, offering a highly personalised approach through small group and individualised learning. With a strong focus on social and emotional development, the school adopts trusting, respectful relationships between staff and pupils, forming the foundation for meaningful progress. Its motivational and progressive curriculum is underpinned by the therapeutic principles of THRIVE®, supporting each young person’s emotional wellbeing alongside academic achievement. We are seeking a passionate and creative Lead Art Teacher to lead the development and delivery of Art across the setting. You will play a key role in inspiring pupils, shaping an engaging Art curriculum, and supporting young people to develop confidence, creativity, and achievement.
You will have responsibility for the ongoing development of the Art curriculum, including appropriate accreditation routes, ensuring learning is meaningful, motivating, and accessible to all pupils.

£29,775 to £35,585 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience

Full‑time: 8 hours per day Monday to Friday, between 8:15 am and 4:15 pm.
