A UK-based educational institution is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Faculty Leader specializing in Design & Technology or Food & Nutrition. Salary M4 to UPS3 (dependent on experience) + TLR2a (£3,910)
We are seeking to appoint a highly skilled, motivated and enthusiastic teacher to join our thriving Art, Design & Technology Faculty as Assistant Faculty Leader. This is an excellent role for an aspiring or emerging leader specialising in Design & Technology or Food & Nutrition, looking to grow their leadership impact while continuing to deliver outstanding classroom practice.
You will play a pivotal part in supporting the Faculty Leader to drive improvement, shape a creative curriculum, and maintain high standards of teaching and learning across Key Stages 3 and 4. The successful candidate will be a positive, collaborative practitioner who leads by example and is passionate about enabling all students to achieve their very best.
