Main Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain effective processes to achieve customer satisfaction levels above the national manufacturer average.
  • Monitor and control departmental costs in line with the business plan while maintaining quality and service standards.
  • Ensure accurate collection and recording of customer data in line with Group expectations.
  • Uphold Honda manufacturer standards at all times.
  • Maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment.
  • Lead, motivate, and monitor colleague performance to achieve departmental objectives.
About You

The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in a similar Service Manager role, demonstrating the ability to drive performance, profitability, and operational efficiency. people‑management skills are essential, along with the ability to inspire your team to deliver outstanding results.
