Here at Vertu Peugeot & Hyundai Banbury, we have a great opportunity for an Assistant Service Manager to join the team in this newly created role with a competitive basic salary and an OTE of £40,000.

Our Aftersales Team is 25 strong, comprising skilled technicians, service advisors, workshop control, and drivers — all dedicated to delivering service excellence and complete customer satisfaction.

This is a great opportunity to join our highly successful Aftersales department and develop toward a Service/ Aftersales Manager role in the future.

You’ll support the Aftersales Manager in the daily running of the department, specifically front-of-house operations. You’ll take ownership of customer concerns, ensuring they’re handled promptly, professionally, and recorded with accuracy. Our dealership is committed to delivering exceptional customer service, and we’re looking for someone who can help us continue building on the strong progress we’ve already made.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience within the motor trade, either within as a similar role or as a Service Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity to show us that you have an enviable and proven track record of performance. You will have exceptional communication skills and have a full, valid UK driving license.
