Job summary

A leading timber import and processing company based in Newport is seeking two part-time HR Advisors to enhance their HR function. The role focuses on employee relations, offering hands-on HR advice and building relationships with managers. Ideal candidates will have HR experience, knowledge of UK employment law, and a CIPD Level 5 qualification. This position offers a hybrid work model with flexibility in scheduling hours, and the opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an HR Advisor role.
• Experience in handling disciplinary, grievance, and investigation cases.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and advise on employee relations cases.
• Support redundancy processes, TUPE transfers, and employee transitions.
• Act as a first point of contact for employees regarding HR queries.
