Job summary

A leading HR solutions provider is seeking a part-time HR Advisor based in Aberdeen to support remote locations. You will be the first point of contact for HR queries, assist managers with recruitment and inductions, and maintain employee records. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of HR experience, strong organizational skills, and a good understanding of employment law. Experience with HR systems, particularly Cezanne, is preferred. This role is well-suited for an HR Co-ordinator looking to advance to Advisor level.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience within HR.
• Demonstrated employment law knowledge and prior exposure to HR working practices.
• Strong HR system experience and experience with Cezanne would be an advantage.

Position

Unity Well Integrity is seeking a part-time HR Advisor to join our growing team, based in Aberdeen but supporting remote locations. You will be the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries, provide support to managers in recruitment, inductions, learning and development and you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up to date employee records. The role will be varied and would suit an HR Co-ordinator looking to move to Advisor level as the role will be supported by our external HR Consultancy.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years relevant experience within HR.

Demonstrated employment law knowledge and prior exposure to HR working practices.

Good organisational skills and ability to be flexible and manage different priorities.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong HR system experience and experience with Cezanne would be an advantage.

Trustworthy and comfortable dealing with sensitive and confidential information.

Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.

Good team player with sound interpersonal skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills.
