We are looking for an experienced Reservations Manager to lead our reservations functionat our luxury 5-star hotel in the heart of Manchester.

We are offering a 40-hour contract, maternity cover up to 12 months.

This is a key role for a polished hospitality professional with strong commercial awareness and a passion for delivering an exceptional guest journey from first contact to arrival.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all individual and group reservations
• Maximise occupancy, revenue and upselling opportunities
• Ensure flawless accuracy across bookings, guest preferences and Opera PMS
• Manage VIP, group and high-profile enquiries with confidence and discretion
• Uphold exceptional brand, service and compliance standards

About You

• Experience in a luxury hotel reservations leadership role
• Strong Manchester market knowledge
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Impeccable attention to detail and confident communicator with a guest-focused mindset
