A UK-based foodservice company is seeking an experienced Senior HRIS Analyst to manage and enhance HR information systems. You will ensure the accuracy and integrity of people data, analyze system performance, and provide support to HR users. This hands-on role involves troubleshooting, developing reports, and maintaining compliance with data protection policies. The position offers a competitive salary of up to £44,000, hybrid working, and generous benefits including free meals and a large holiday allowance.
We are seeking an experienced Senior HRIS Analyst to play a key role in the management and continuous improvement of our HR information systems. This is a hands‑on role where you will ensure the accuracy, security, and integrity of people data, while providing meaningful insights that support effective decision‑making across the organisation.
Working closely with HR, IT, and external system providers, you will optimise system performance, support enhancements and upgrades, and provide expert guidance and support to HR users. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail‑oriented HRIS professional who enjoys solving problems, managing data, and contributing to efficient, compliant, and forward‑thinking HR operations.
Working pattern: Monday to Friday | Hybrid working 37.5 hours per week
