The Role – Restaurant Manager
Based onsite at our Bishops Avenue residence, we are seeking a Restaurant Manager to ensure that every event delivers a seamless, memorable guest experience while maintaining operational efficiency, quality standards, and profitability.

Working Pattern: 5 days out of 7 | 10:00am - 8:00pm | 50 hours per week

This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus in addition to base compensation. Bonus amounts and payout timing are determined by individual performance, achievement of team and company goals, and overall business results. Bonus eligibility and structure may vary by year and are subject to the terms of the company’s bonus program in effect at the time of payout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion a resident-first culture, ensuring every interaction reflects warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Professionally and promptly manage incoming enquiries via phone and email, following up and driving them through to resolution
  • Anticipate client and guest needs, resolving issues discreetly and proactively
  • Gather client and guest feedback to continuously enhance the overall experience
  • Conducting site show rounds for prospective clients, families, and partners

  • Maintain consistently high service standards aligned with brand and hospitality expectations
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute catering services for events including corporate functions, conferences, and social events
  • Oversee event setup, service flow, and breakdown to ensure flawless execution
  • Collaborate with culinary, sales, and event teams to deliver cohesive and timely service
  • Ensure menus, service styles, and event details align with client expectations and brand standards

What can you bring?
