What you’ll be doing…

As aGeneral Assistant, you will provide support across various operational tasks to help ensure the smooth daily running of the site or department.

• Assist with the day-to-day running of the site.
• This is a customer-facing role, and you will need to have relevant experience working in a customer service role
• Working in a fast-paced hospitality role, dealing with a high volume of customers in a very busy environment
• Be proactive, positive and calm under pressure to deal with a variety of customers
• Follow health and safety guidelines and company policies
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or visitors
• Shifts will vary between the hours of 3:00am until 8:30pm. Shifts consist of 8 hours with a half-hour unpaid break. Shifts will vary across the week and will involve some earlies, middle shifts and some lates
• We operate 7 days a week, the working pattern for this role is 5 days over 7 and will involve weekends
• Ideally, your own transport would be preferable due to the nature of the shift patterns
• This role is to work from the 1st of April until the 31st of October and will incorporate limited holidays due to the business requirements
