Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or relationship management in a B2B environment.
  • Strong interest in financial markets, macroeconomics, or investment research.
  • Experience working with institutional asset management clients preferred.
  • Familiarity with macroeconomic research platforms or subscription-based services preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of institutional asset management clients.
  • Lead onboarding and deliver tailored training to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain proactive communication to monitor client health.
  • Track contract lifecycles and develop proactive renewal strategies.
  • Use Salesforce to log client interactions and track metrics.
