Our teams help clients to meet their goals and address underlying trauma and mental health issues, while also developing new skills to improve all aspects of their lives.

Odyssey House NSW is currently seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our innovative and committed team within Multicultural Programs. This part-time role presents a unique opportunity to provide intensive case management services in a complex and rewarding environment focused on CALD individuals within a post-custodial support setting.
In this crucial Case Manager position within our Transitions Program team, your primary focus will be on serving CALD individuals. Your role will involve the use of culturally sensitive, evidence-based tools, the development and continuous refinement of case plans tailored to the unique cultural backgrounds of CALD individuals, and the implementation of case management strategies that are respectful and responsive to diverse cultural values.
A central component of this position is the design and implementation of specialised programs in community settings, addressing the specific needs of CALD individuals with complex needs who have had contact with the criminal justice system.
As the Case Manager, your role extends to establishing robust, culturally respectful relationships with stakeholders and fostering a collaborative, culturally responsive environment.
