Are you a customer service professional looking for a new opportunity in corporate reception?
We are currently recruiting for a Reception Team Leader to oversee our small team who take care of the front of house services at a well-known global professional insurance body, based in the city.
Although this is a leadership position, where you will have full managerial duties to one part time Receptionist, it is also a very hands-on role where you will be fully operationally involved.
You will have constant opportunities to show off your genuinely friendly and positive personality when welcoming visitors and staff, as well as managing the company’s switchboard and inbox. Your multitasking and organisation skills will kick in when you are managing meeting rooms and assisting with event coordination. Finally, your fab admin skills will be put to the test when you are updating statistics, folders, manuals and many other admin related projects.
Shifts: 40 hours per week, shifts from 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm, Mon-Fri
Salary: £36,000 per annum
We are looking for a genuinely positive and friendly candidate, with a natural ability to build rapport with everyone and anyone. They will be sincere, kind, adaptable and a good problem solver.
Excellent communication skills via all mediums is essential, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office suit.
Experience of working within a similar customer-oriented role is essential, preferably within hotels, airlines, medical or a corporate setting.
Experience of supervising/managing a team is essential.
