Are you a customer service professional looking for a new challenge in corporate reception?
We are currently recruiting for a part time Receptionist for our team at a well-known global professional insurance body, based in the city.
You will have constant opportunities to show off your genuine warm and positive personality when welcoming visitors and staff, as well as managing the company’s switchboard and inbox. Your multitasking and organisation skills will kick in when you are managing meeting rooms and supporting in event coordination. Finally, your fab admin skills will be put to the test when you are updating statistics, folders, manuals and many other admin related projects.
Shifts: 15 hours per week, on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Shift times to be discussed.
Salary: £12,000 per annum
The successful candidate will be genuinely positive and friendly, with a natural ability to build rapport with everyone and anyone. They will be sincere, kind, adaptable and a good problem solver.
Excellent communication skills via all mediums is essential, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office suit.
Experience of working within a similar customer-oriented role is essential, preferably within hotels, airlines or medical fields.
