• Lead and manage a team of 3 Claims Handlers.
• Oversee the day-to-day running of the claims function.
• Handle and manage your own portfolio of claims.
• Act as a senior point of escalation for complex or high-value claims.
• Ensure excellent service delivery to clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships with insurers and Loss Adjusters.
