Qualifications

• Previous Claims management experience at Team Leader/supervisor level.
• Solid technical claims experience.
• Understanding of the insurance/reinsurance market (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Claims Handlers managing claims across multiple lines.
• Recruit, coach, and mentor team members.
• Ensure goals are met and service standards maintained.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
