CTI is seeking to appoint a Business Analyst (Payments) for a leading payment service provider.

Responsibilities

• Track record as a Business Analyst in the Fintech field, minimum 5 years' experience
• Strong knowledge of Agile SCRUM and end-to-end of product lifecycle
• Experience in automating payment processes
• Understanding of SWIFT message types and ISO 20022 MX format
• Strong understanding of APIs, including security headers, encryption, and fetch types
• Technical and non-technical stakeholder management skills
• Ability to capture and write detailed requirements
• Demonstrated success in driving process enhancements and optimising business results
