Qualifications
  • 15+ years' experience in an operational leadership capacity within the highly regulated environments (Banking or FinTech)
  • A solid history of successful project management, team scaling, and achieving exceptional outcomes in a fast-paced, hands-on setting
  • In-depth knowledge of payment systems, card schemes, and settlement processes
  • Proven ability to lead significant change initiatives, effectively managing transitions and aligning new processes with organisational objectives and team strengths
  • Demonstrated expertise in process optimisation and the implementation of customer-focused strategies
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of utilising data to inform decision-making and enhance process efficiencies
  • Experience in overseeing budgets and personnel within an operations division, ensuring optimal resource utilisation
  • Proficient in addressing and resolving complex payment-related challenges
  • Comprehensive understanding of Compliance, AML, KYC regulations and procedures
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating engagement with stakeholders across all organisational levels
