• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of the full software development lifecycle.
• Experience in financial services, ideally payments-related projects.
• Experience creating business processes and operating models (BPMN 2.0).
• Ability to mentor or coach others on Agile ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and manage business and system requirements.
