A leading local services marketplace is seeking a Partnership Manager to oversee partnership strategies and drive significant revenue growth. You will manage the entire partnership lifecycle, from prospecting new retail giants to enhancing integrations with existing partners. Ideal candidates should have 4-6 years experience in partnerships or business development, especially within tech or marketplaces. This role is based in London with a hybrid work model, requiring in-person collaboration 2-3 days a week.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Account Management.
• Proven track record of navigating complex organizations.
• Experience in tech or marketplaces preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the UK partnership roadmap and ensure local execution meets global best practices.
• Identify and segment Tier 1 & 2 retailers for pitching.
• Act as primary lead for existing partners, integrating services.
• Create co-branded content and campaigns with Marketing teams.
• Deliver insights on program performance to the UK General Manager.
