Customer Service Advisor

We’re now looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organised Customer Service Advisor to be the welcoming face and voice of our busy automotive repair centre in Edinburgh. This is a key front-of-house role where you’ll ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience from first contact through to vehicle collection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers in person and over the phone in a professional, friendly manner.
  • Manage repair bookings, vehicle handovers, and customer updates.
  • Liaise with technicians, insurers, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records with strong attention to detail.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in customer service or administration (automotive experience desirable but not essential).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident IT skills and willingness to learn new systems.
